FOR RENT MARRIOTTS GRANDE OCEAN RESORT This is an oceanfront resort on beautiful Hilton Head Island. This is a 5 star resort located directly on the ocean with 1380 sq. ft. spacious 2 bedroom units. The units are fully furnished to include a washer/dryer and complete kitchen. I have an oceanfront unit and an oceanside unit for 26 June though 3 July. Price is $2100  for the Oceanside week and $2300 for the Ocean Front Unit.  I also have an Ocean Front unit at $2300 and can get them concurrently or consecutively. MARRIOTTS Ko'Olina RESORT This is an oceanfront resort on beautiful Oahu. This is a 5 star resort located directly on the ocean with 1275 sq. ft. spacious 2 bedroom units. The units are fully furnished to include a washer/dryer and complete kitchen. I have a Mountain view unit that is available for 3-10 July, 2010. Price is $2500. Horizon's by Mariott Branson  I own a lockoff platinum week that I mostly use for exchanging but can rent up to two 2 Bedroom units there. DISNEY VACATION CLUB I have points to rent that can be used at any one of Disney?s Vacation Club resorts. You can reserve any unit size from a studio through a 3 BR Grande Villa for any number of nights you want. The price is $12 per point and the number of points will vary with the unit size and specific days requested. PARADISE VILLAGE BEACH RESORT AND SPA I have points to rent that can be used at this oceanfront resort in Nuevo Vallarta, MX near Puerto Vallarta. You can reserve any unit size you want from a studio to a 3 Bedroom. Price will depend on the exact number of points used. BLUEGREEN RESORTS  I can use points to reserve at a number of resorts including Big Cedar and Charleston.  Contact me for specifics.

TIMESHARES FOR SALE Disney's Old Key West I no longer own at OKW. Disney's Boardwalk Resort I have a contract for sale at BWV. It is a 333 point December use year . I would also consider a direct permanent exchange for another DVC property, especially for a smaller package. I'd have particular interest in Vero Beach, Boardwalk, Beach Club and Wilderness Lodge. It would not be difficult to adjust for differences in the number of points in a contract. $90 per point. Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa ? I have 6240 points every year. All points expire in 2033. The price is $6000. The resort has voted to offer extensions for an additional 12 years but I don't have any details and apparently this can only be done at the resort itself.
