Membership bestow each member with these abilities:

• voting member privileges
• can nominate an artist.
• can nominate a writer.
• can noinate a colorist.
• vote for a artist.
• vote for a writer.
• decide what medium will be used.
• decide content.

and all members must follow these prohibitions:

• can not work as an artist on club publications.
• can not work as a writer.on club publications
• can not work as a colorist on club publications.
