Can I use my ATM or debit card to pay?
Currently, Dialup 4 Less is unable to accept ATM or generic Debit cards for payment. However, if your ATM or Debit card contains a Visa or MasterCard logo, you will be able to use it to pay for our service.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, you can pay for our service via check or money order. However, you must elect for a semi-annual or annual payment plan. In addition, we must have the payment in hand before activation.
How do I change my credit card / billing information?
To update or change your credit card and billing information, simply call us toll free at 888-818-0444 and select option 3 and a customer service representative will update your account information.
How do I cancel my service?
You may terminate your account at any time and for any reason by providing notice of intent to terminate to Dialup 4 Less.com by methods A or B below:
A. Fax: send a fax To Dialup 4 Less.com at 818-773-8023 with your login information.
B. Please include a reason for cancelling the service along with the effective date.
C. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your username and password.
I prepaid for your service, how do I renew my account?
All accounts are automatically renewed on the first day of the month the previous prepaid period has expired.
What credit cards can I use with Dialup 4 Less?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Can I pay by PayPal?
Yes our Internet Access Service gladly accepts PayPal.
